When he transferred back to the states he was the Commander of the Tobyhanna Army Depot where I worked for 3 years upon returning to the states. This Is about 7 miles from my home (Ralph Keiper) Tobyhanna Army Depot is the biggest Communication repair depot on the east coast. |
